Safety is Everyone's Talk, Emergency Response is Everyone's Skill

Safety is a topic that we are constantly focused on. It is not only the prerequisite for the smooth conduct of our company's production and operations but also the foundation of our happy lives. This June marks the 22nd National Safety Production Month. The Administrative Management Department organized a themed training activity, "Everyone Speaks Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response," for all employees of the Production Department。

By watching safety education videos such as "Please Keep Safety in Mind" etc., we analyzed and interpreted typical cases of safety accidents that have occurred in recent years. We covered various types of accidents, including mechanical injuries, object strikes, falls from heights, electrical shocks, and fires. In conjunction with company-related operations, we addressed forklift and gas cylinder management. By watching videos like "Forklift Safety Operations" and "Gas Cylinder Safety Operations", all employees gained an understanding of the proper use of forklifts and gas cylinders, thereby eliminating potential hazards。

Considering the frequent use of electric bicycles by employees in the company's production department, we collectively watched the “Electric Bicycle Traffic Safety Warning Video”. The video presented cases of traffic accidents caused by typical traffic violations involving electric bicycles, such as running red lights, riding in motor vehicle lanes, driving in the wrong direction, carrying passengers or goods illegally, using mobile phones while riding, and not wearing safety helmets. It also disseminated related traffic safety knowledge through legal interpretation and reasoning。

After the training, workshop employees engaged in discussions. Workshop Director Huang Houming emphasized that safety must start with the small details, such as female employees needing to tie up their long hair during operations to prevent it from getting caught in rotating shafts, and ensuring proper positioning when operating folding machines collaboratively to prevent crushing injuries. Chen Huayou analyzed the "Four No Harm" principle: "Do not harm yourself, do not harm others, do not be harmed by others, and protect others from being harmed by others," encouraging everyone to protect themselves and each other。

There are no shortcuts in safety work. The only way to avoid accidents is to consistently adopt a responsible attitude in daily work and life, overcome luck-driven, lax, and complacent mindsets, always stay vigilant about safety, follow rules and regulations, and develop the good habit of "always thinking about safety and prioritizing safety in everything." True safety is achieved only when individuals learn how to be safe; only when everyone develops good safety habits can we truly eliminate hazards, avoid violations, and enhance safety effectiveness。
