Chen Huayou, male, 56 years old, is the team leader of the assembly team in our company's production workshop, and has been working in this position for more than 3 years. He arrives at the factory early every day and conscientiously completes his work. Despite the challenging working environment, he has always stayed committed to his position, silently dedicating himself. He was awarded as the Outstanding Employee of the Month in July 2022 and the Outstanding Employee of the Year 2022 in January 2023。

The sales staff spare no effort in securing orders, and the overseas market with promising prospects is taking shape with overflowing orders in hand. As employees of the company, we should be full of confidence, work with enthusiasm and dedication, actively take our positions, continuously improve our skills, diligently perform our duties, help and guide new colleagues, and strive for progress together to enhance our work efficiency. We must not adopt a passive attitude towards work or procrastinate. Even if we were to work for just one day, we should ensure that we fulfill our responsibilities punctually. Engaging in empty talk does not represent competence; hard work does.
